I’m incredibly honored to have been named the #1 Selling Agent for February at the William Raveis Hingham office.
But here’s a little inside look at what that actually means because, in real estate, the terminology can be a bit confusing.
A “selling agent” is actually the buyer’s agent—the one representing the buyer and helping them secure a home. It’s the agent negotiating on their behalf, guiding them through competition, and ultimately getting them to the closing table.
And in a market like the one we’re in right now, that role matters more than ever.
Everyone loves a listing (myself included). Listings are exciting, visible, and often get a lot of attention. But behind every successful sale is a buyer—and oftentimes, an agent working strategically to help them.
Over the past month, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible buyers navigating a highly competitive South Shore market. We’re talking multiple offers, fast timelines, and the need for smart, informed decision-making at every step. Helping clients not just find a home—but actually secure it—is where experience, relationships, and strategy make all the difference.
And that’s the part of the job I truly love.
There’s nothing better than handing over keys and knowing we navigated the process together—from first showing to accepted offer to closing day.
To all of my clients who trusted me in February: thank you. I’m so grateful to be part of such an important moment in your lives.
And if you’re thinking about buying this spring and wondering how to position yourself to actually win in this market, I’m always happy to talk!
